COMMUNITY HOST
The Leadership Practitioner Community is the culmination of what I've learned from being coached myself and 1000+ hours of coaching leaders across every industry and organization size - treating leadership as a practice, not a position; creating conditions rather than controlling outcomes; and doing the inner work that makes the outer work possible.I'm here in the community daily, sharing insights from my own leadership journey, answering questions, and personally helping you navigate your unique leadership challenges.
COMMUNITY HOST
I’ve been gathering and shaping community for most of my life. Before this, I designed and led advocacy, community building, and education projects in the anti-violence, disability, and youth sectors. I love bringing people together for experiences that give them something real — and help them give something back to each otherJonathan and I are bringing this community together as an evolution of the coaching, tools, and practices we were using to do our own best work. Here we aspire to share it with others, connect with others, grow with others, thereby creating conditions for ourselves and others to be, bring, and do our best.
